1. Business Identity
Monarch Auto Collection is operated under NC Realty Inc. References to “Monarch,” “Monarch Auto Collection,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Monarch Auto Collection and/or NC Realty Inc., as applicable.
Monarch Auto Collection provides luxury vehicle access, rental coordination, chauffeur options, and related booking support services in Ontario. Vehicle availability, pricing, eligibility, deposits, insurance requirements, and final approval are subject to confirmation.
2. Booking Requests & Availability
Submitting an inquiry, form, message, or availability request does not guarantee a confirmed booking, vehicle availability, pricing, or approval.
A booking is only considered confirmed once Monarch has reviewed the request, confirmed the vehicle/date details, and received any required booking deposit or payment.
Vehicle availability may change based on scheduling, provider availability, eligibility requirements, weather, operational needs, maintenance, prior bookings, or other factors outside Monarch’s control.
Monarch may decline, reschedule, modify, or cancel a booking request if the requested vehicle is unavailable, eligibility requirements are not met, required information is incomplete, or the booking cannot be fulfilled as requested.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or estimates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle selected, rental duration, date, age, license class, insurance requirements, delivery or pickup location, chauffeur needs, provider requirements, seasonal demand, and other booking details.
Rental payment is typically due at the time of rental unless otherwise arranged. Clients may choose to pay earlier where accepted by Monarch.
A quote is not final until confirmed directly by Monarch. Website pricing, listed rates, and verbal estimates should not be treated as final confirmed pricing unless Monarch has directly confirmed the full booking details.
Additional costs may apply for delivery, pickup, chauffeur service, late return, cleaning, smoking, tolls, parking, tickets, damages, fuel/charging differences, mileage limits, waiting time, overtime, or other booking-specific requirements.
4. Booking Deposit
A $50 booking deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle, date, or booking request.
The booking deposit is separate from the rental payment and separate from any security deposit.
The booking deposit may be applied toward the booking where confirmed by Monarch, unless otherwise stated.
If a client does not show up, cancels after confirmation, fails to provide required information, fails to provide required documents, provides inaccurate information, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the booking deposit may be forfeited.
If Monarch is unable to fulfill the booking due to availability or operational reasons, the client may be offered an alternative vehicle/date or a refund of the booking deposit.
5. Security Deposit
A separate security deposit may be required before or at the time of rental. Security deposit amounts vary depending on the vehicle, rental duration, client eligibility, provider requirements, and risk factors.
Security deposits may range from approximately $1,000 to $5,000+, depending on the booking.
The security deposit is intended to help cover potential costs, losses, or violations, including but not limited to damage, smoking, excessive cleaning, late return, traffic violations, tolls, tickets, impound fees, insurance deductibles, misuse, unauthorized use, missing items, fuel/charging differences, or breach of rental terms.
The security deposit may be withheld partially or in full where costs, losses, damages, penalties, or violations occur.
The release or return of a security deposit may depend on vehicle inspection, provider review, payment processing timelines, outstanding charges, and confirmation that no violations or damages occurred.
6. Vehicle Images, Listings & Information
Vehicle images, colours, trims, specifications, features, and website listings are provided for general reference and presentation purposes.
Images shown on the website may not always represent the exact vehicle, colour, trim, wheel package, model year, interior, or unit available for a specific booking. Some images may be representative, promotional, edited, AI-generated, or used to demonstrate the general vehicle style.
Monarch makes reasonable efforts to keep vehicle listings, images, prices, and availability accurate. However, website content does not guarantee that a specific vehicle, colour, trim, option package, image-matched unit, price, or date is available.
Clients should confirm the exact vehicle details, pricing, availability, deposit requirements, and booking terms directly with Monarch before relying on any website listing.
7. Driving Conduct & Prohibited Use
Vehicles must be used safely, lawfully, and responsibly at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Stunt driving, racing, drifting, or track use

Excessive speeding, dangerous driving, or criminal-speed behaviour

Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle

Impaired driving

Unauthorized drivers

Illegal activity
-
Off-road use
-
Subletting, lending, or transferring the vehicle to another person

Using the vehicle in a way not approved by Monarch or the provider

Tampering with tracking, safety, vehicle, or monitoring equipment where applicable

Transporting prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items

Using the vehicle for ride-share, delivery, commercial transport, or public passenger service unless expressly approved in writing.
Any serious misuse, including stunt driving, criminal-speed behaviour, smoking, reckless driving, unauthorized use, illegal activity, or breach of provider/rental terms, may result in cancellation of the rental, loss of deposit, additional charges, and/or reporting to the appropriate provider, insurer, or authorities where required.
8. Eligibility Requirements
Clients may be required to provide valid identification, a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, and any other information reasonably required to review eligibility.
Approval may vary depending on the requested vehicle, rental dates, license class, age, insurance coverage, provider requirements, and other booking details.
Monarch reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking request if eligibility requirements are not met, information is incomplete, required documents are not provided, or the request does not meet provider or insurance requirements.
Providing false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information may result in denial of the booking, cancellation, forfeiture of booking deposit, or additional review.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancellation and rescheduling options depend on the vehicle, booking date, rental duration, provider requirements, and amount of notice provided.
Short-notice cancellations, incomplete documentation, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or no-shows may result in loss of the booking deposit.
Where possible, Monarch may allow a booking deposit to be transferred to a future date, subject to availability and approval.
A no-show occurs when the client fails to appear, fails to respond, fails to complete required steps, or fails to proceed with the booking at the scheduled time without approved notice.
10. Delivery, Pickup & Chauffeur Services
Delivery, pickup, and chauffeur services may be available depending on location, vehicle, schedule, and booking details. Additional fees may apply.
Times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, client delays, provider schedules, and operational conditions.
Chauffeur bookings may be subject to minimum booking times, route approval, waiting-time charges, overtime charges, parking fees, tolls, special-event pricing, and additional provider requirements.
Specific chauffeur vehicles are subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable option where necessary.
11. Third-Party Providers
Monarch Auto Collection may work with third-party vehicle owners, rental providers, chauffeurs, or service partners to fulfill certain bookings.
Vehicle availability, eligibility requirements, insurance requirements, security deposit amounts, rental rules, cancellation rules, vehicle use restrictions, and final approval may depend on provider-specific terms.
Where applicable, clients may be required to review or agree to additional provider documents before a booking is completed.
Monarch is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, approval decisions, vehicle substitutions, or requirements imposed by third-party providers, insurers, vehicle owners, chauffeurs, or service partners.
12. Information Collection & Booking Review
Monarch may collect personal information submitted through forms, calls, texts, emails, website inquiries, social media messages, booking requests, and document uploads.
Information collected may include name, phone number, email address, date of birth or age range, license class, driver’s license details, insurance status, proof of insurance, preferred vehicle, requested dates, pickup/delivery location, payment/deposit details, booking notes, and other information needed to review or fulfill a booking.
This information may be used to:

13. Privacy & Personal Information
Monarch takes reasonable steps to protect personal information and use it only for appropriate business, booking, operational, legal, or service-related purposes.
Monarch may share necessary information with rental providers, vehicle owners, chauffeurs, payment processors, technology providers, insurance-related parties, or service partners involved in reviewing, approving, or fulfilling a booking.
Monarch does not sell personal information.
Personal information may be retained as reasonably necessary for business records, booking history, legal compliance, dispute resolution, operational needs, fraud prevention, and customer service.
Clients may contact Monarch to request access to or correction of personal information, subject to legal, operational, and verification requirements.
14. Consent to Contact
By submitting a form, inquiry, booking request, or message, you consent to Monarch Auto Collection contacting you by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry, availability, pricing, eligibility, booking requirements, document requests, deposits, payment, and next steps.
Promotional emails, offers, or marketing messages may require separate consent where applicable.
Clients may request not to receive promotional messages. Transactional or booking-related communications may still be sent where necessary to respond to an inquiry or manage an active booking request.
15. Website Use
The website is provided for general information, inquiries, and booking requests. Monarch does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, current, or uninterrupted.
Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, scrape content, copy brand assets, or use the website in a way that harms Monarch, its partners, or other users.
16. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Auto Collection and NC Realty Inc. are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, booking inquiries, vehicle availability, third-party provider decisions, delays, cancellations, service interruptions, client misuse of a vehicle, or inaccurate/incomplete information provided by a client.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Updates to This Policy
Monarch may update this Terms, Privacy & Booking Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies as of the date it is published or updated.
Clients are encouraged to review this page before submitting an inquiry, placing a deposit, or confirming a booking.
